Join us for a deeply beautiful exploration into the subconscious mind. This event is masterfully guided by Ting Ting and Eva Aourah. You will be lead through an hour of Yoga Nidra, tapping into deep relaxation and allowing the mind to unravel. Followed by 30 minutes of a symphony of healing sounds with Eva.

What is Yoga Nidra?

(Sanskrit: योग निद्रा) Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep) is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness (yoga nidra) is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required. In yoga nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light withdrawal of the 5 senses (pratyahara) with four of his or her senses internalised, and only the hearing with connects to the instructions. It brings to surface tensions to release and transform stress at its deepest level. It allows you to drop into a sleep-like state with relaxed brainwave activity, slowing alpha waves, and even slower theta waves- which allows the mind to unwind and creates space for intuition to be brought forth.

Yoga Nidra is known to stabilize hormone levels, regulate blood pressure, and reduce chronic stress. It is also said that 1 hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep.
